In ballot results announced May 8, Nancy L. Wiechec, visual media manager of Catholic News Service in Washington, was elected CPA secretary. Penny Wiegert, editor of The Observer, diocesan newspaper of Rockford, Ill., is the association's new vice president and Stephen M.
