'Personally Speaking' on NBC to feature authors, baseball manager

WASHINGTON (CNS) -- Authors Mary Higgins Clark and Nicholas Sparks along with Florida Marlins manager Jack McKeon will talk about the role of their Catholic faith in their lives in an upcoming one-hour TV special produced by the U.S. bishops' Catholic Communication Campaign. The show, "Personally Speaking" with host Msgr. Jim Lisante, is to be distributed June 19 to NBC-TV affiliates. It is part of the network's "Horizons of the Spirit" interfaith religious series. Viewers should call their local NBC station to find out if it plans to air the show. Information on stations that have scheduled broadcasts will be posted, as it becomes available, on the Internet at: www.personallyspeaking.org.
