
Catholic Health Association elects, installs new officers

CHICAGO (CNS) -- Sister Carol Keehan, a Daughter of Charity who is president and CEO of Providence Hospital in Washington, was installed as chairwoman of the Catholic Health Association's board of trustees for 2004-05 during the organization's recent assembly in Chicago. She succeeded Richard J. Statuto, president and CEO of St. Joseph Health System in Orange, Calif., who became speaker of the membership assembly for 2004-05. Sister Karin Dufault, a Sister of Providence who is vice president for mission leadership at Providence Health System in Seattle, was elected vice chairwoman and chairwoman-elect and will chair the board of trustees in 2005-06.
