Our Sunday Visitor's vice president of finance dies at 51

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (CNS) -- Timothy D. Moorman, vice president of finance, treasurer and controller for Our Sunday Visitor Inc., died May 14 after a seven-month battle with cancer. He was 51. "All of us at Our Sunday Visitor who were blessed to work with him will miss not only his professionalism and his humility, but his sense of humor as well," said Greg Erlandson, president of Our Sunday Visitor's publishing division. Moorman began working for the accounting department of Our Sunday Visitor Inc. in 1978. He was appointed vice president of finance and corporate treasurer in 1996. In that position he directed all the financial operations for both the publishing division and the offering envelope division. In the past 18 months, he played an important role in the acquisition of AmericanChurch, an offering envelope company based in Youngstown, Ohio.
