Footballers And Fans Dress In “Baby Blue”

Pinecrest Academy’s high school student government hosted its first-ever “Go Baby Blue” theme night for Friday’s football game against George Walton Academy Oct. 19.
As many of the NFL and school football teams are wearing pink in October in support of finding a cure for cancer, Pinecrest athletes and fans celebrated “the gift of life” with baby blue, as a show of support for October’s “Respect Life” month within the Catholic Church.
Senior athletes were honored as part of the annual tradition.
