Priest Assignments

ATLANTA—Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory has announced the following changes in priest assignments.

Archbishop Gregory has confirmed the recommendation of Father Eric Flood, North American district superior of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, and has assigned Father Matthew McCarthy as parochial vicar at St. Francis de Sales Church, Mableton, effective Aug. 11.

Father Paul W. Berny has been assigned as chaplain and theology teacher at Blessed Trinity High School, Roswell, effective Aug. 15. He will reside at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Alpharetta.

Father Timothy M. Hepburn has been appointed as director of vocations for the Archdiocese of Atlanta and as rector of the St. Charles Borromeo House of Formation, Atlanta, where he will reside, effective Aug. 15. For canonical status, he has been appointed as parochial vicar at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Atlanta.

Father Kevin T. Peek has been assigned as campus minister at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, effective Sept. 7.
