Knights Of St. Peter Claver To Hold Centennial Mass

ATLANTA—To celebrate 100 years of Catholic action through Claverism, the Knights of Peter Claver, the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary and the Junior Knights and Junior Daughters of the Atlanta area are hosting a Founders Day Mass and a semi-formal celebration.
Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory is scheduled to be the principal celebrant at the Mass, Saturday, Nov. 7, at 10 a.m. The Mass is taking place at St. Paul of the Cross Church, 551 Harwell Road, NW, Atlanta.

Later that evening, a semi-formal event is being held to celebrate the history of Catholic action with the Knights of Peter Claver. The event is reserved for adults.
The event, titled “A Magnificent Centennial Journey” is at the Omega World Center, 3951 Snapfinger Road, Decatur. The Archbishop James P. Lyke Assembly 43 of the Knights of Peter Claver is sponsoring the event.
There is to be a buffet with open bar, dancing and door prizes. Tickets are $35.
