A Valentine Ball sponsored by Worldwide Marriage Encounter was held in Atlanta for the 24th consecutive year Feb. 14. The celebration brings attention to the sacrament of matrimony and the importance of the sacrament to the church and to the world. Honored were the most recently married couple, top above, Mike and Meg Reeves, who were married for just two weeks. Also honored were the longest married couple, pictured below, Cliff and Betty Monteau, who have been married for 49 years. A committee chaired by John and Carolyn Kula planned the celebration.
