Archbishop Gregory Anniversary Mass

ATLANTA—A Mass of Thanksgiving will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at the Cathedral of Christ the King, 2699 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, to recognize and honor the 25th anniversary of Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory’s ordination as a bishop. On Dec. 13, 1983, he was ordained an auxiliary bishop of Chicago where he served until his installation in 1994 as bishop of Belleville, Ill. He was installed as archbishop of Atlanta in January 2005.
