Kids Collect Pennies For Other Kids

From Sept. 2007 to May 2008, the religious education classes at Sacred Heart Church, Milledgeville, participated in a “Pennies From Heaven” campaign to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. The students, ranging from pre-kindergarten through high school, were joined by parishioners in collecting cents each week.
