Letter to the Editor: ‘Golden Compass’ Column Serves As Resource

To the Editor:

I just wanted to say thank you for the article in The Georgia Bulletin regarding “The Golden Compass” (“Confounding Compasses And Malignant Myths,” Jef Murray, Nov. 29). As I am sure you expected, the movie has caused quite a stir, especially among students and, of course, teachers. Your article could not have come at a better time and has proven to be an excellent resource to our faculty to provoke thought on the true nature of good and evil.
