I just wanted to thank you for giving so much space to the article Suzanne Haugh wrote in the 10/25 edition of The Georgia Bulletin, “Catholic Physicians Challenged To Apply Their Faith.” I glanced through the article when I first received it and realized that Ms. Haugh had included many interesting citations and discussion from Bishop Baker and Archbishop Gregory that were worth reading again. I finally had a chance to read it carefully yesterday, and it was a wonderful learning experience for me to “hear” our bishops teach through this article. You may often provide these insights in your descriptions of events around our archdiocese, but I had not noticed it before this article. Thank you for adding value to your publication by adding these teaching moments to the articles. No one has enough time to get to all of these events, or even to hear our bishops in person often, so it’s great that there’s another avenue for Catholics in this area to catch up.
