To the Editor:

As I ponder missing yet another great Eucharistic Congress, I have a suggestion that might increase the level of participation across the archdiocese. The summer season is such a busy time with outdoor and weekend activities that attendance at any event, even work, is reduced by a significant amount. Since the Eucharistic Congress is exclusively an indoor event, would the archdiocese consider moving the event to a winter month, like February for instance? The winter months, especially after Christmas, seem to be a low ebb in school, family, and recreational activities. I know in my case this would make participation in this event, which I do desire to attend, more likely.
