Students Feed Marietta’s Homeless

Published: September 30, 2004

KENNESAW—St. Catherine of Siena School held its third annual MUST Ministries Service Project on Thursday, Sept. 23. Students, faculty and staff gathered in Herbert Hall to make sandwiches for the MUST Ministries homeless shelter. Each student brought to school one loaf of bread, one package of cheese and one package of lunch meat for the sandwich-making project. With the help of the Home and School Association as well as parent volunteers, the students constructed 2,336 sandwiches, which were delivered to the shelter later that day.
