The International Order of St. Luke the Physician is an interdenominational Christian fellowship founded in 1932 for the purpose of promoting the practice of healing as taught and demonstrated by Jesus. They pray as he taught in the Gospels and in his name with and for all who suffer in body, mind or spirit. They see the practice of medicine and healing prayer as both integral and complementary in the healing process. Membership is open to people of all denominations who want to know more about healing ministry and who believe that it is just as vital in the church today as it was in the time of Jesus.
The retreat will be held at St. Pius, located at 2621 Highway 20, SE, Conyers. A $10 donation is requested per person for the English retreat, and one of $5 per family for the Spanish program. To register send name, phone, e-mail, address and check payable to St. Pius X OSL to the church.
