Correction

In the Sept. 11 issue of The Georgia Bulletin, the article entitled “Four Lay Catholics To Receive Papal Honors” incorrectly stated that Fred and Virginia Hedges had given the Carmel Retreat Center to the archdiocese. While the Hedges have given real estate to the church, they retain ownership of the retreat center, which they maintain and manage for the use of Catholics and also members of other denominations.

The Georgia Bulletin regrets the error and any inconvenience caused as a result.
