Rev. Mr. Ricardo Bailey, a candidate for priesthood, is the inspirational speaker for the youth and young adult celebration honoring Dr. King, which capped off a weekend celebration sponsored by the archdiocesan Office for Black Catholic Ministry.

Khloe's older sister Kyleah, a seventh-grader at St. John Neumann Regional School, Lilburn, gave a dramatic reading of Dr. Martin Luther King's sermon, "The Drum Major Instinct," delivered at Ebenezer Baptist Church by the minister and civil rights activist in the last year of his life. The Starling family belongs to Corpus Christi Church, Stone Mountain.
Members of the Sts. Peter and Paul Holy Steps Liturgical Dancers perform to the late John Lennon's song "Imagine." The dancers from the Decatur parish are under the leadership of their director Kim Milbourne. Our Lady of Lourdes Amazing Grace Liturgical Dancers also performed.

The Decatur students, directed by Kathy Merritt, later joined everyone in singing the civil rights anthem "We Shall Overcome."
