Atlanta Seminarians Receive Divinity Degrees

Mr. Crone are scheduled to be ordained into the priesthood this summer in the Archdiocese of Atlanta. The Rev. Mr. Matejek was ordained into the transitional deaconate program this past March.

LATROBE, PA. - Twenty-eight degrees were awarded at Saint Vincent Seminary's 156th annual commencement ceremony held at Saint Vincent Archabbey Basilica in Latrobe. Among those awarded master of divinity degrees who are part of the Archdiocese of Atlanta are: The Rev. Mr. Terence Crone, The Rev. Mr. John Matejek Jr. and The Rev. Mr. Bryan Small. The Rev. Mr. Terence Crone is the son of Mr. And Mrs. Harrel Crone of Memphis, Tenn. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and in 2001 earned a master of arts degree from Saint Vincent Seminary, with honors. The Rev. Mr. Crone earned the master of divinity degree from Saint Vincent's with high honors.

The Rev. Mr. John Matejek Jr. of Acworth is the son of Helena V. Matejek of Chicago Heights, Ill., and the late John M. Matejek. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history in 1971 from the University of Tampa, Fla., and earned the master of divinity degree from Saint Vincent Seminary in 2002.

The Rev. Mr. Bryan D. Small is the son of Ken Small and the late Bobbie Small. He received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Saint Meinrad College in Indiana in 1997, and also attended West Georgia College. He is a 1992 graduate of St. Piux X High School. He earned the master of arts degree from Saint Vincent Seminary in 2001, and in 2002 earned the master of divinity degree.
