CHILDREN'S CHOIR FESTIVAL -- Children from eight parishes are shown who took part in the third Archdiocesan Children's Choir Festival held March 4 at Holy Spirit Church, Atlanta. Dr. C. Michael Hawn, professor at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and an international clinician for children's voices, led a workshop and prepared the children to sing together for a 5:30 p.m. Mass. Participating parishes were Holy Trinity, Peachtree City, Claire Stroud, director; Cathedral of Christ the King, Atlanta, Timothy Wissler, director; St. Jude the Apostle, Atlanta, Denise Murphy, director; St. Andrew, Roswell, Linda Morgan, director; Transfiguration, Marietta, Celia McDermott, director; Sts. Peter and Paul, Decatur, Mae Barron, director; St. Patrick, Norcross, Carol Rehonic, director; and St. John Neumann, Lilburn, Terrie Bass, director.
