Alphonsus College, Suffield, Conn.; studied theology, 1979 to 1980, Mount St.
Alphonsus Seminary, Esopus, N.Y.; completes master of divinity degree in May at
Notre Dame Seminary, New Orleans.
Work Experience: Was member for three years of Redemptorist religious
order and did summer pastoral work at Redemptorist parishes in Miami and Tampa,
Fla., and Hartford, Conn.; worked as dispatcher and in other jobs in trucking
industry for eight years; worked for three years as clerk for Georgia Labor
Department; spent a summer on assembly line at General Motors.
Primary Hobbies and Interests: Reading science fiction, fantasy,
adventure books, playing computer games and walking.
Pastoral Internships: Worked summer and fall, 1998, at St.
Annas Church, Monroe; participated in Clinical Pastoral Education program
with Emory University System of Health Care, summer 1997; Holy Trinity Church,
Peachtree City, summer 1996.
Particular Ministries of Interest: Spiritual counseling, sacrament of
reconciliation, preaching, teaching religious education, visiting the sick and
serving wherever needed.
