Education: Earned bachelors degree in philosophy, 1986, St.
John Vianney College Seminary, Miami; teaching certification for middle grades,
1989, Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw; completes master of divinity degree
in May from Notre Dame Seminary, New Orleans.
Work Experience: Worked in sales for travel agency for a year and a
half; taught 6th grade and religion for five years at Christ the King School,
Atlanta; volunteered as leader of Boy Scouts for 15 years.
Primary Hobbies and Interests: Camping, watching movies and reading
popular fiction.
Pastoral Internships: Served June to November 1998 at St.
Josephs Church, Marietta; participated in chaplain training program with
Emory University System of Health Care, summer 1997; served at St. Augustine
Church, Covington, summer 1996.
Additional Languages: Spanish.
Particular Ministries of Interest: Youth and other parish ministries,
working with Boy Scouts and teaching religion in a Catholic high school.
