Parents: Daniel and Noreen Duggan.

Siblings: Two brothers, one sister.

Education: Earned a diploma in philosophy and arts, St. John’s College, Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland, 1993; earned a diploma in theology, St. John’s, 1997.

Primary Hobbies and Interests: Music and car racing.

Pastoral Internships: Completed internships in Ireland at St. Patrick’s Nursing Home, Waterford City, 1991; Ballybeg youth group, 1992; St. Otteran’s Hospital for the Mentally Ill, 1993; Ardkeen Hospital, 1995; served as a deacon in 1996-97 at St. Joseph’s Church and St. Beneldus Church in Waterford City. In Atlanta, interned during the summer of 1997 at All Saints Church, Dunwoody.

Particular Ministries of Interest: Youth ministry, music and liturgy.

First Assignment: Parochial vicar at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Atlanta, a parish of approximately 1,350 families.
