ATLANTA--In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Canon Law, I hereby grant permission to the Pastor of St. Catherine of Siena Parish to establish a mission church in the South Cherokee County area.

The effective date for the establishment of this mission, to be named later, is June 1, 1995.
