ATLANTA--Archbishop John F. Donoghue, as moderator of the Court of Appeals of the Ecclesiastical Province of Atlanta, has appointed Father Paul J. Hachey, SM, JCL, as a judge of the Court of Appeals for a period of five years. The appointment is effective July 3, 1995. Father Hachey has been on the staff of the Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Atlanta.
